Cascade's mission is to give non-technical, data-savvy professionals the tools they need to build data workflows and trigger actions without code. Companies are drowning in dashboards, but it's absurdly difficult for non-technical teams to put their data to work. Cascade unlocks their skillset by allowing them to combine data of all kinds and sizes, manipulate and explore datasets, run sophisticated operations and publish the results. Once a workflow is built it can run automatically, so that analysts can rest assured that their data is going where it needs to go.
After two years in development, the Cascade product has launched and the company is looking for its first go-to-market role. As a bottoms-up SaaS company, Cascade's go-to-market motion combines targeted conversations, content creation and customer engagement to deliver a product-led growth engine.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll balance strategy, feedback gathering and synthesis to deliver new customers and inform the product roadmap.
While just coming out of private beta, the Cascade product and has demonstrated both strong business value and user stickiness. With a recent public launch, Cascade is nearing the most important and exciting time for the go-to-market motion of any company: building the first playbook.
Within this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with the founders to build a sales and account management playbook from the ground up. You'll have a wide remit within a defined ICP to experiment with outbound motions and value prop articulations, discover the methods that work, then automate the process. Tactics will focus on balancing outbound and inbound motions.
